Windy City Watch Collector does not distribute private customer information to any third parties for any reason. All customer information is maintained in a secure manner. Our workshop is protected by security and our facility is monitored 24 hours a day by closed circuit television. Our electronic devices and computers are password protected with firewalls in place. Paper privacy records are stored on file in a secured office filing system. Electronic customer information is collected and stored in password protected files behind appropriate firewalls. No credit card or other sensitive information is collected in digital format form or transmitted over networks that are accessible by persons other than those who need to know and have been instructed in the protection of such information. Sensitive customer information on paper is shredded when it is no longer necessary to maintain that information. Our safeguards coordinator routinely monitors computer files and documents. All unnecessary files and documents are securely shredded and files are routinely deleted.

Exchange and Return Policies – Please note: All exchange and return items must be unworn, in brand new condition with all packaging, books, tags and other items included, just as they arrived. For straps and bracelets sales are final once the item has been fitted, worn, or sized. Windy City Watch Collector can not accept the return or exchange of a worn item.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date if the above conditions are met.

Windy City Watch Collector does not charge a restocking fee. Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued within three business days. Allow an additional 3-5 business days before the credit appears back to your original payment method. The actual original shipping cost, regardless of shipping method, is not included in a refund. If a watch is traded in to us as partial or full payment for a watch, the sale is final. If exchanging, we will email or call with your order status. Free shipping is not available on exchange items. Special order items not eligible for a refund include engraved watches, built to order watches, custom requests, and order out watches which are not regular stock items. A store credit or exchange for an order out watch which is not a regular stock item will be available if the item meets our standard return policy. If a special order is cancelled prior to shipment, any deposit on file will be issued back as a store credit. When a deposit is made for a special order item which is not in stock, the purchase date of record will be the date the balance due is paid in full.

Pack the watch and all contents well, in the box it came in, or an equally strong box for shipping. Do not ship without an outer box, and do not use any kind of envelope for shipping. To protect against loss or damage while in transit to us, we strongly recommend that you insure the shipment for the purchase amount. Windy City Watch Collector cannot be responsible for any shipping damage or loss of items while in transit to us.
