Orders are typically packed and shipped from our Ohio office within 1 business day and often even the same business day!
Express orders placed by 2pm EST ship out the same business day. Express orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next business day.

Free and/or reduced shipping promotions, when applicable, will be applied at checkout.
Orders placed outside of the United States may be subject to applicable taxes and duties upon delivery. Windy City Watch Collector is not responsible for any customs/duties charged to a customer. Notifications of any outstanding payments will be provided by the courier. If customs/duties are not paid by the customer within the timeline provided by the courier, your order will be returned and will be refunded less applicable shipping costs.
Windy City Watch Collector is not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Contact the third-party shipper for any shipping issues that arise with your order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments or questions regarding tracking.
