The Evo2 Automatic watch is housed in our legendary evo2 case creating a harmonious, fluid design. The rounded, organic shape of the mm diameter polished stainless steel case adds to the comfortable wear of this timepiece. A true design highlight is the see-through case back, allowing you to see how the complex automatic movement works. The iconic Mondaine dial with date indication and the black vegan strap add the finishing touches. The watch has a vegan grape leather strap in black, which consists of 75% eco-friendly plant-based composite material and 25% recycled PET.Its line of Mondaine watches are heavily influenced by classical Swiss railway clocks, called the Official Swiss Railways Watch / SBB, with the design licensed from the Swiss Federal Railways in 1986. This design, by Hans Hilfiker, originated in 1944.
